A newly renovated mansion near Fairchild Tropical Garden in Coral Gables has hit the market for $6.75 million.

Jacob G. "Jake" Jackson and Kasey D. Jackson own the 1-acre property. Jacob Jackson is president of Fagron North America, a pharmaceutical firm based in the Netherlands. He sold his company, Freedom Pharmaceuticals, to Fagron in 2013. And in October of that year, the Jacksons paid nearly $4 million for the two-story home.
The six-bedroom, nine-bathroom home spans 9,096 interior square feet, which means it's listed for $742 per square foot. Ben Moss of ONE Sotheby's International Realty is the listing agent for the Grand Oak estate, at 10001 Fairchild Way in Snapper Creek.
