Fort Lauderdale-based Miller Construction Company finished construction of the third phase of a professional services campus in St. Lucie West.
Two office buildings comprise the third phase of the the Lake Whitney Medical and Professional Campus. Each is a two-story, reinforced concrete and structural steel building with 21,632 square feet of space.
Hospital Corporation of America leased one of the new buildings for physician offices and medical specialty services. Suites ranging from 1,133 square feet are available in the other new building. CRE Rauch Lupo Robertson & Co. Florida Partners is handling leasing.
Previous phases at the 15-acre campus, owned by Willard Development, are fully occupied. Tenants include WellMed, Kindred Health Care, Nurse on Call, Spine and Sport Rehab Institute, the Florida Department of Education and E/G of Florida Insurance and Risk Management.
The Lake Whitney Medical and Professional Campus in St. Lucie West has direct access to and from St. Lucie West Boulevard Interstate 95 and Florida’s Turnpike.
The campus is close to Martin Health System’s Tradition Medical Center, Lawnwood Regional Medical Center and Heart Institute, and St. Lucie Medical Center.
Founded in 1973, Miller Construction Company is active from Miami-Dade County north through the Treasure Coast. Among its recent projects are the City Furniture / Ashley HomeStore complex in Stuart, a FedEx logistics facility in Lake Worth and the Republic Services truck fleet facility in West Palm Beach.
