Interior decorator Donna Ward just paid $5.6 million to repurchase a lakefront house in Palm Beach that she sold in 2008 for $4.5 million.
“I love that house,” Ward told the Palm Beach Daily News. “It has the best view of the lake.”
Her six-bedroom house at 124 Parc Monceau is one of three lakefront residences along a cul-de-sac on the lake side of the lake-to-ocean street in the South End neighborhood of Palm Beach.
Ward, a seasonal resident of Palm Beach, bought the house from a limited liability company bearing the name of the property's address and associated with the late A. Paul Prosperi, who died in March.
In May 2008, Ward sold the house for $4.5 million to a firm named Greenway Financial Group LLC, which subsequently sold it for slightly less than $5 million in 2014 to an entity linked to Prosperi. [Palm Beach Daily News] - Mike Seemuth
