Got moo-la?

A dairy farm and equestrian land in Wellington sold for $14.4 million, Palm Beach County records show.

The 38-acre property, at 4035 130th Avenue South, includes a 6,105-square-foot building, stables and horse track. Glenshore LLC sold the two parcels, which run parallel to Lake Worth Road. The West Palm Beach-based company is led by Carlos and Thomas Morrison.

It last traded hands for $1.2 million in 1998, according to Palm Beach County property records. The land is zoned for agricultural residential and equestrian development. A RealtyTrac listing shows that it houses a dairy farm.

A buyer was not recorded in county records.

Wellington is known as an international center for equestrian sports, and is home to a number of high-end equestrian estates. The city plays host to a number of horse races and championships, including the Winter Equestrian Festival — a 12-week international competition.

In November, Douglas Elliman opened an office at the city’s Palm Beach Polo & Country Club.
