Residential property brokerage Keyes Company announced the sale of a waterfront residence in Jupiter for $5.6 million.
The sale price for the six-bedroom, six-bathroom house at 314 West Riverside Drive is the highest this year in the Loxahatchee River neighborhood.
Keyes agent Drew Saporito, a native of Jupiter, represented the California-based buyer.
Kristen Danzig of Virtual Global Realty represented the seller, a resident of Palm Beach County.
Saporito said in a Keyes press release that Jupiter has made the transition from an obscure luxury housing market to a high-profile, active-lifestyle location: “Now you have major celebrities like Michael Jordan here, and stars like Tiger Woods opening a restaurant in the town. Jupiter is definitely on the map.”
Keyes last month merged with Illustrated Properties, and the combined brokerage has more than 1,100 agents.
