The town council in Palm Beach on Tuesday will consider a request to divide Donald Trump's former oceanfront estate into three platted lots.
Trump sold the Palm Beach residence at 515 North County Road in 2008 to Russian billionaire Dimitry Rybolovlev for $95 million.
The Republican presidential candidate bought the property for $41.35 million in 2004 at a court-ordered auction.
Permits have been granted to demolish the main residence and other structures on the six-acre property.
If the request to divide the Palm Beach property into three platted lots is approved, all three will have frontage on North County Road.
Attorney Maura Ziska is representing the property's owner, County Road Property LLC, in its bid to divide the property into three lots. the limited liability company is associated with Rybolovlev. [Palm Beach Daily News] - Mike Seemuth
