Robust auction bids for a mountain retreat in Utah peaked at a purchase price of $4.2 million.

Heritage Luxury Real Estate Auctions conducted the March 1 auction on the premises of the five-bedroom, eight-bathroom mansion in Park City, Utah. The property also has five fireplaces, heated walkways and a heated driveway.

The auction company said in a press release that 10 qualified and fully vetted bidders competed for the residence.
